Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the pkik platform — whether via our website, mobile browser, or any related application — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and pkik (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pkik platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement governing your use of the pkik platform.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the pkik platform and all its services — including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and crash games — is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. pkik operates a strict 18+ policy across all product categories without exception. We do not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Personal use: You must be accessing pkik on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party. Betting or gaming on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active pkik account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion or cooling-off period on the pkik platform or any associated platform.

If you become aware that a minor has accessed the pkik platform using your account credentials, you must notify our support team immediately at support at pkik dot app. pkik will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include permanent account closure.

Account Registration

To access the full range of pkik services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and available to all eligible individuals. By completing registration, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other supported options). You are responsible for keeping this information up to date throughout the life of your account.

• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. pkik will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
• Suspicious activity: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pkik support immediately. We recommend changing your password and enabling two-factor authentication as a precautionary measure.
• Account accuracy: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, withdrawal refusal, and permanent closure.
• KYC verification: pkik operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction.

pkik reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. This includes, but is not limited to, applications from individuals in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

pkik supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though certain payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Supported payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be made available at pkik's discretion and will be listed on the deposit page within your account.

• Deposits: Funds deposited via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your pkik account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. pkik does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes. During peak periods or following a significant win, pkik may apply an extended review period of up to 24 hours before releasing funds. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered to the same account holder.
• Withdrawal verification: pkik reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a routine security measure intended to protect players from fraud. Refusing to provide verification documentation will result in withdrawal suspension until the matter is resolved.
• No third-party payments: Deposits must come from a payment account in your name. Withdrawals will only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified alternative account in your name. Third-party payment arrangements are strictly prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

pkik offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins packages, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is communicated to you.

The pkik welcome bonus offers up to ৳20,000 on your first deposit. The exact amount depends on the deposit sum and the applicable bonus percentage active at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and cannot be claimed more than once per household, device, or IP address.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the multiplier applicable to each offer is stated on the promotion page. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable as cash.

• Abuse prevention: pkik reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error is identified. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Promotional amendments: pkik reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. If a promotion is terminated early, pkik will honour any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of termination.

User Obligations

As a registered player on the pkik platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and legal requirements at all times. The following obligations apply to your account and your use of the platform:

• Accurate information: You must ensure that all information held on your pkik account is accurate and up to date at all times. Notify us promptly if your name, contact details, or payment information changes.
• Account security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. Log out of your account when using shared devices.
• Personal use only: Your pkik account is for your personal recreational use only. Commercial betting, syndicate betting, and arbitrage betting strategies are prohibited and may result in account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pkik platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated funds or winnings may be forfeited.

• Fraudulent activity: Any form of fraud, including use of stolen payment details, identity fraud, or misrepresentation during registration or KYC processes.
• Match manipulation: Attempting to influence the outcome of any sporting event, casino game, or crash game through collusion, insider knowledge, or any other improper means.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one pkik account, whether under the same or different names, in order to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or evade previous account restrictions.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or generate game outcomes.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or any other technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void and will not be paid out.
• Money laundering: Using the pkik platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime, or any activity that violates anti-money laundering regulations. pkik cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.
• Abuse of staff: Engaging in threatening, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour toward pkik support staff or other players through any channel of communication.

Account Closure & Termination

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Voluntary closure by the player: You may request the closure of your pkik account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon request, pkik will close your account and return any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses are either met or the bonus balance is forfeited. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will continue to be processed normally.

Closure by pkik: pkik reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 months, or a player's voluntary self-exclusion request.

• Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. An inactivity fee of ৳100 per month may be applied to dormant account balances after this period. Players will receive an email notification before inactivity fees begin.
• Self-exclusion closure: Players who activate self-exclusion are requesting a responsible gaming break. pkik will close the account for a minimum of 6 months. Requests to reopen a self-excluded account before the minimum period expires will not be honoured.
• Balance on closure: If pkik initiates account closure due to a breach of Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to fraud or money laundering investigations will be returned to the player.
